Hong Kong WinterFest organised by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) was
launched tonight (23 November) at the UC Centenary Garden, East Tsim Sha Tsui
by HKTB Chairman Mr James Tien (centre), along with Mr Tommy Young (left),
Associate Director of Sino Group and Mr Carlson Li (right), Assistant General
Manager of China UnionPay Hong Kong Branch, representatives of the presenting
and major sponsors respectively.
